Jamie completed the job in about 2 hours. You can see he takes pride in his work by the job that was done. He left the work area cleaner than it was before he came! I was impressed with the supply that he provided. He gave the extra mile to give good suggestions to rearrange the compressor and hid it on a better location, instead of blocking the view of my home.

Immensely impressed with all aspects of my experience with MetroWest Minisplit team. As an engineer and self-proclaimed over thinker and detail orientated, I am not easy to work for or easily impressed. However, I found my experience with two recent emergency system repairs on older systems and a full Mass Save system replacement at a rental property to be the gold standard for service. The technical understanding of older systems and new minisplit designs is impressive, and the ability to navigate thru a uniquely challenging obstacle ladened Mass Save process was only achieved because of the support and expertise of the team at MetroWest Minisplits. I had thought achieving high technical competency and competitively low prices while provide excellent customer support was a lost cause. Much thanks and respect to the team at MetroWest in proving me wrong.

They were terrific. On time, reviewed the installation with us before they started. Really good job. Reviewed operation of the remote and system after it was completed.

Metrowest Mini Split upgraded my full house HVAC system last week. By replacing my 25-year-old HVAC system with nine LGRED indoor units, I no longer had to worry about old pipes leaking and inefficient zoning. Jamie and Alan visited my home twice to make sure the design met my needs and reviewed indoor unit aesthetics and outdoor pipe routing for each unit before installation. This company's workers are very professional and experienced. All team members are super kind, punctual, and meticulous in cleaning. Daily installation supervision is provided by Jamie and Alan. They really prioritize customer satisfaction, doing things right. They even brought a landscaping expert to cut the proper tree for spacing and give me free gardening consultation. I appreciated the stones around the outside units; they not only soften the view, but also prevent potential intrusion from wild grass and shrubs. The system is further protected by letting the electrician add a surge protector to my home's main panel. It's fortunate that Southborough has Metrowest Mini Split, a true gem in the neighborhood.

Metro West came out to give us an estimate on a ducted system and made the entire process from estimate, financing, installation and the handling of the rebates a breeze! If you are in the market for a ducted system or mini splits I would highly recommend using Metro West!!

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Metro West Mini Splits. We never pick a contractor randomly off the internet without a referral but we could not be more pleased with the service we received. They were easy and responsive to contact and schedule, very knowledgeable about the mini split systems and did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. The fact that Jamie was such a nice person was just an extra bonus. We liked them so much that we signed them on for regular maintenance.

Jamie the owner made the entire process incredibly easy for me, priced out different options, explained how all of the rebates and 0% heat loans work, and even helped me fill out the paperwork for both. The install was completed in the estimated time frame and came out exactly to the original estimated cost. They are a small company and you are dealing with the owner directly, he clearly cares about his work quality and customer satisfaction. He even took the time to come out to my house after installation and walk me through how to use the new units. The install itself is top quality, all of the lines for the units are routed beautifully, a truly clean looking install. Could not be happier with this company through the entire process start to finish. House was clean after install no trash or debris left behind in or outside. Overall great experience and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for Hvac work done.

Great experience with installation from Metro West Mini Splits - and just in time for the heat wave! Service and installation was all very professional and they finished more than a day ahead of schedule. My geeky friend checked out everything when he was here and said they did an excellent job. I really appreciated how they fit things into my house aesthetically and really like that my second floor is fed from the attic through vents in each room and not with additional wall units. (Another company had told me it would be too expensive.) I highly recommend Metrowest Mini Splits, (Jamie and Allan) - a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional team!

I had my old HVAC system replaced to a new one, and I am very happy with the work. Allan and Jamie are great. They were professional, responsive, punctual and helpful. They helped me choose the right system that fits our needs. They were reasonable and honest about the cost which I appreciated. Arrived as scheduled and finished the job earlier than expected. Its very difficult to find a good contractor, and they are excellent and trustworthy. I'd highly recommend these guys!
